Building Confidence Through Creativity: Creative Walk & Workshop

This two-part workshop will take you on an explorative and creative journey through the hip but historic neighborhood of Leslieville.

Part 1: Creative Walk

We will walk through Leslieville and stop at various pitstops - some are landmarks, some are relaxing spots with interesting scenery and some are creative spots. At each spot, we’ll do a different activity to spark our imagination and creativity, letting the space or landmark inspire us. We'll do some writing, sketching, creative games, storytelling and more. You'll get a chance to connect with your hosts and get to know other participants.

Part 2: Workshop

We’ll make a quick stop so we can grab something to eat and head to Black Lab Brewing where we’ll continue our workshop on Building Confidence Through Creativity, emphasizing:

• How creativity can boost your confidence
• How to craft an elevator pitch with confidence
• How you can deal with uncomfortable situations in professional environments better
• How confidence can improve your connection and communication skills
• How to boost your self-esteem & soft skills in the professional aspect (whether you work 9-5 or are an entrepreneur.

We’ll also give you practical activities to test these in real life.
